July happening remind us why Holley Mountain Airpark isn’t just a place to live; it’s a place to belong. The month was full of energy, aviation spirit, and the kind of neighborly fun that makes people want to call HMA home.

America 250 Celebration & 4th of July at Holley Mountain Airpark

The month kicked off with our very own America 250 celebration parade, rolling from the visitor apron all the way to the helipad. More than 30 residents and guests joined in, creating a festive procession that blended patriotism with the unmistakable charm of airpark living. Once gathered, everyone enjoyed a Gourmet S’more Bar, complete with creative toppings and plenty of laughter. As night fell, we settled in to watch fireworks sparkle over Greers Ferry Lake and the distant hills, catching beautiful displays from several nearby towns. It was one of those evenings filled with gratitude, appreciation, and mingling with friends, family, and friends who are family.

Holley Mountain Airpark Goes to Oshkosh

July also saw a strong Holley Mountain Airpark turnout at General Aviation’s greatest annual celebration: Oshkosh! Several property owners made the trek north, with eight families camping together. The Eitzman family attended for their first time, but likely not their last, and the Westfall’s “Vintage” area presence was a great gathering space. Two group dinners brought everyone together, with 27 people attending the annual gathering at Mark’s Eastside in Appleton! As always, Oshkosh delivered its mix of aviation wonder, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories, and HMA was proudly represented throughout.

Growth & New Neighbors

Holley Mountain Airpark continues to grow. Several lots are currently in various stages of construction and resale, each offering a chance to welcome new faces into the community. With two pending sales, the momentum is strong. It’s clear that more and more people are discovering the magic of living in an airpark where aviation and lifestyle blend seamlessly.
